Also, there are some teas that work to help you sleep as well. I have used some tea called Sleepy Time and it works pretty well. My doctor also told me to lay off the caffeine and if I do have any not to have it after 2 pm.

posted about 1 year agoHey, if you need money to pay the rent give freelancing a try. It can be lucrative. Also, a few temp agencies now offer benefits to freelancers now so there is a way to get benefits.
posted about 1 year agoI am one of the people who has always had cable TV for as long as I have known but I have several friends who will not pay for cable or satellite TV because they feel television should be free. posted about 1 year agoThere is a service at the post office where you can get confirmation of delivery. It is a little more expensive but then there would be proof that something sent. The USPS does have service issues so anything important, I usually send by Fedex or UPS.

posted about 1 year agoI do believe that in this life we will have some degree of suffering. If someone dies, it is painful or if someone is ill, that can be painful too. However, as I get older I am learning that suffering can teach us something about how to enjoy and make the most of life.
