Very weird day yesterday. 1. During our shopping trip in CGN (we found NADA!) the weather went apocalyptically dark all of a sudden, with wind sweeping the streets like the end was coming... o_O 2. Later at our favourite local Moroccan bar, we actually got IDed!!!

Like so: new bartender: "Have you been here before?"

Me: "Yep, loads of times. We're members and all." ^_^

Him: "So do you have ID?"

Me: "No... but we've never needed it before..?"

Him: *RANT about how one bartender is not equal to another and about how laws are strict etc. etc. blah blah*... See more

Me: *finding my ID* "Okay, well, that's fine, here you go. I'm just confused because we never needed one before, is all."

Him: *looks, is displeased with my 5 years of legality, for this takes away his reason to throw the Goths out*

Me: "...Is it okay now?"

Him: "Yeah. Does she (Essie) have ID too?"

Me: "No, but we don't wanna drink alcohol anyway."

Him: "But... *tries one last time!* ..she's over 18 right?"

Me: "She's twenty-seven!!! XD!"

Him: "Uh-huh......."

And 3. The McDonalds coupons we have are only valid from Monday! Ftw. You save like 78 cents. lol!
