Yes. Everyone should have the right to bear arms!

"A well regulated militia being necessary to the security of a free State, the right of the People to keep and bear arms shall not be infringed."

This is what the States ratified, so it is Un-Constitutional for them to ban them. Oh and militia does not mean Army or National Guard.

Banning guns is a good way to make sure only criminals have them.
