It's too hard to tell.

Too hard to tell. The buttons make it look like it was done manually, but I know that online photo sites are offering a lot more options for designs and graphics than they once did. I love this layout, though!

It is very hard to tell for sure by looking at a picture of the results, but based on the binding I would say it was done digitally.

Pretty darn hard to tell! I'd have to say digitally, because creating something this intricate manually would take a tremendous amount of time, and I'm not sure if you could get things to overlap in quite the way they are here.
