Would someone please explain the Gossip girl hype!? Watching a bunch of privileged teens break up and get back together gain is not my idea of quality entertainment. I MUST be missing something!!

90210 is totally better than gossip girls more drama and it more interesting

90210 is sooo much better than gossip girls. Gossip girls deals with so much materialism and is so fake. 90210 acutualy deals with real problems that teens might be going through or thinking about in today's world. Teens can relate. Gossip girls makes eveyone who watches it, feel so underprivleged. Yes, 90210 deals with people who are living in Beverly Hills, who have money, but the show deals more with relationships, friends, and family, unlike GG that deals with people who are friends one week and the next, their enimies.

Okay, first of all, the idea of recycling an old show is just plain lame. It didn't work with Saved by the Bell: the New Class, and it doesn't work now.

Also, is there anything funnier than the new tagline for the new Melrose Place? ("Never has apartment living been so....complex.")

Gossip Girl is fresh and awesome and funny.
