it seems like they intentionally open new stores across from mom 'n' pop shops, and then drive them out of biz, which is NOT cool. that very thing led to the demise of my friend's shop a few years back. so, yeah, I'd change that. i love me a good frappuccino on a hot summer day, though. mm-hmm!
Ceramic mugs!!!! Mother earth is pissed at all the waste!
Get rid of the two-hour time limit on your wi-fi! Do you know, I would eat nothing but starbucks if i could stay there all day long!??? Really? How many people would take advantage of an unlimited wi-fi service?

I'd like to see more fair trade coffee being sold and a return to top qulaity employee benefits and best practices.
I believe they should pay the extra money for secret shoppers. I know when I first started as a barista this really kept me on my toes. It also gives the company a chance to see how god awful most of the baristas/shifts/ and managers really are. Its embarrassing to be a part of a company that changes so greatly from store to store. There really needs to be CONSISTENCY.
lower prices would be fanstastic $4 on coffee is starting to get pricey
